All volunteers in the West Clermont School District are required to do the following:

1.) Have a background check that includes a set of fingerprint impressions that are taken electronically in the District Offices, 4350 Aicholtz Road, Suite 220, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245. In most cases, the results of the background check are received within 48 hours. Contact the district office at 513-943-5000, to inquire about fingerprint impression service times. Fingerprints and background checks are valid for 5 years. 

2.) Complete a volunteer registration form (attached below).  This form must be completed annually and can be dropped off at the school's main office.
